Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Our Vow Books ship USPS First Class. Our Guest Books ship Fed Ex 2-day Service.

Our stamps ship via USPS First Class..

All international orders ship Fed Ex 2-day International.

**Please Note: Once your guest book or vow books go into production, we are unable to change your shipping address. Our production partners system is automated. If this occurs,and we are unable to change the address, you will have to wait until it ships back or produce a new book. The customer is responsible for any production and reshipping costs.

Refund and Return Policy
Physical products

We do NOT issue refunds or process returns for physical products
(i.e. custom guestbooks, vow books stamps) once the item is designed.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any
issues receiving our product.

What if I need to rush my order?

We offer overnight and 2-day shipping for our address stamps, vow books, and guest books.

Please inquire for rates prior to placing an order.
We are unable to upgrade shipping or change a shipping address once an order has been placed.

Can you change my shipping address?

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to change your delivery method or mailing address.

Kindly double check that your address is correct prior to placing an order.

Once your guest book or vow books go into production, we are unable to change your shipping address. Our production partners system is automated. If this occurs,and we are unable to change the address, you will have to wait until it ships back or produce a new book. The customer is responsible for any production and reshipping costs.

What if my package is late or lost?

Once the package leaves my hands, the shipping carrier holds all responsibility for delivery. We will help you navigate the process of filing a claim with UPS/USPS/Fed Ex to determine where your package is, but I can not offer refunds for goods delivered late or lost.

What is the difference between art mount, wood handle and self-inking stamps?

• ART MOUNT
This stamp option comes mounted on a classic Wood Block with your design carefully engraved on top. Ready to stamp right out of the box. Great for gifts too.

• WOOD MOUNT WITH HANDLE
This option includes the stamp mounted onto a Wood Block with a Walnut Handle added to the top.

• SELF INKING
The self inking stamps include the stamp and ink all-in-one housed in a plastic Trodat unit.

What is your proofing process like for stamps?

To help build the perfect stamp for you, we offer complimentary proofs that are sent via email. Proofs are sent within 72 hours (Mon-Fri) after we received your order.

If no response is received after 7 days, we will send the stamp to production as-is.

Once your proof is approved, your stamp will immediately go into production and cannot be stopped for additional revisions.

We encourage you to double check all names and spellings prior to placing your order, and again when receiving your proof. If you approve a proof with mistakes or omissions I will not replace it.
All stamps are shipped and delivered in 3-5 business days after approval is given.

Do all stamps come with ink pads?

Our stamps do not include ink pads with purchase. Ink pads are sold separately through our shop.

Self Inking stamps come pre-loaded with black, water-based ink. This ink is not suitable for glossy paper.
